I have been a patient of Dr Giep's pretty much since he first started practicing at Plano Internal Medicine. What I appreciate about his care is that he listens to where I am and what's going on with my lifestyle and personally and customizes treatment for me instead of just doing what common practice would dictate for my condition. For example, I have osteoporosis but am a runner and am opposed to taking medicine. So he has allowed me to continue to do more holistic approaches while keeping an eye on my bone density results. I am grateful to have found a doctor who spends time getting to know "me" and doesn't just rush in and treat the disease. He treats me!
